PROGRAM MANAGERS

We accept resumes for the Program Managers position throughout the year. We review every resume that is sent in for the Program Managers position. Should a personal interview be required, we will contact you.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Program Managers operate, manage and execute incentive travel, special events, product launches and business meetings for our clients. Program Managers accompany travel program participants and become our clients' representatives by serving as information sources, administrators, logistics experts, and customer service representatives. Program Managers are briefed on the travel program, client history, the nature of the program, destination logistics and planned activities. Each Program Manager receives an itinerary containing detailed purchase orders, and client requests. In accompanying the participants to their destinations, the Program Manager ensures the success of our on-site program operations. Depending on the travel program, some assignments may include working airports, sitting at hospitality desks, and directing clients to functions, and standing for long periods of time. While on the job, teamwork figures heavily into Program Managers responsibilities, including volunteering to help others complete their work when needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minimum two years work experience in the hospitality or service industry required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required
Experience in managing a team of 3 or more people
Computer proficiency in Word and Excel
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proven leadership skills
Available to travel 365 days a year>
**Must be permanently able to work in the United States**

SCHEDULE:

Client requests and marketing needs often dictate a Program Managers schedule. Beyond Performance destinations are approximately 90 percent domestic and 10 percent international (including Canada and the Caribbean). Destination experience and personal preference of a Program Manager do not guarantee travel to a specific locale.

ON-CALL LIFESTYLE:

Program Managers are on call year-round, including weekends unless on approved vacation. Travel days for Program Managers average and vary widely per month, including assignments which may require them to go from program to program without returning home.  Please note that all programs usually exceed the typical 40 hour work week. Because programs and schedules may be in a constant state of flux, Program Managers must be available to leave at a moment's notice.

Additionally, because of this on-call lifestyle, the Program Managers schedule often precludes the attendance at family and other social events. The schedule requirements of client programs may take priority over personal vacation requests.

COMPENSATION:

In addition to the $40,000 base salary, a Program Manager receives a non-taxable per diem during program operations. The per diem includes $75.00 per day for domestic and cruise travel and $70.00 per day for international travel to cover the cost of meals, laundry, non-program related gratuities and personal phone calls.

Other Benefits include:

*Health Care
*Paid Vacations
*Merchandise and Travel Benefits
*Company Holidays
*Award Earning Opportunities
*Merchandise and Travel Benefits
