Since our founding in 1994 Beyond Performance has remained faithful in its commitment to produce unparalleled experiences in Puerto Rico based on creative service and an exceptional attention to detail and our unwavering dedication to WOW our clients beyond expectation.

Today, Beyond Performance is divided into 3 major business segments: Autobuses de Puerto Rico, our ground transportation charter services division, Beyond Performance Destination & Meeting Management Solutions, our Puerto Rico and Caribbean DMC Division, and Meeting Dynamics & Dynamic Productions, our USA & Global DMC sister and partner based in Ft. Lauderdale Florida.  Each segment consists of integrated, well-connected businesses that operate in concert to maximize growth and client satisfaction.

We are independently owned and operated with a strong financial base, a secure market position, and a finely tuned business strategy. We have no financial ties to any hotels, vendors or venues, rest assure that all destination management decisions are made in your best interest.
